Home Locators, Inc. has been assisting people in finding rental property in the Johnson County area since 1979. Currently, they manage over 400 units in Warrensburg with prices ranging from $350 to $1,400 a month. Home Locators specializes in residential rentals, however, they do have some commercial properties for lease. Call our office for an updated list of commercial properties.
Home Locators, Inc. can help you find residential properties for lease that include duplexes, apartments, townhomes, and homes. All properties managed by Home Locators are located in the Warrensburg area and most units require a one year lease, security deposit, and no pets.
To qualify to rent a unit, an application must be completed as well as an application fee paid at the time the application is taken. All applicants are subject to a credit check, background check, and verification of references.
