Jeff Terry
Jeff has been involved with the local real estate market for 18 years and is a lifelong area resident. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry and has financed hundreds of new homes, commercial properties, and development projects.
Prior to joining Action Realty Co. he was an Executive Officer and Director of the Bank of Holden, his family's business since 1957. Jeff also co-owns DQ Grill & Chill-Orange Julius in Warrensburg.
He is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University and the Missouri School of Lending.
Jeff is a former Mayor of Warrensburg, is currently serving his second term as City Councilman and is a member of the Warrensburg Planning & Zoning Commission. He is President-Elect of the Midwest Missouri Board of Realtors and is a State Director of the Missouri Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce, Whiteman Air Force Base Community Council, and the Johnson County United Way Board of Directors.
Recently, Jeff was named to Ingram's 40 under Forty class of 2012. Ingram's serves as Kansas City's preeminent business magazine and honors the area's best and brightest each year in their Powerbook issue.
