My background has prepared me to offer you excellent service for your real estate needs, whether it be purchasing or marketing a home.
Philosophy: My goal is to provide you with what you need — in terms of time, price, quality and the specific needs you and your family have when you are looking for real estate or planning to sell it. Integrity is important to me and so is listening carefully to my clients. I love my work and take satisfaction in delivering a good conclusion to your efforts. Education & Professional
Background: I have a Masters of Science Degree in Industrial Hygiene from The University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Education from Wayland University, Texas. I served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years, starting out as enlisted, then becoming commissioned and later achieving the rank of Captain. My next position was as a Corporate Safety Coordinator for more than 18 years with the Layne-Christensen Company, an international leader in drilling, water resources and mineral exploration.
Personal: I first moved my family to Warrensburg in 1977, so I have been familiar with this area for 30 years. However, my career required that I live and work both in Europe and throughout the U.S., including Oklahoma, Texas, California, Washington State, Nebraska, Utah, Florida and Arkansas. When I retired from the Air Force, I chose to move back to Warrensburg because of the good people, the quality of the community and what it has to offer, and the sense of "home town pride" that exists here. I have a true understanding of what military and other families need as a result of frequent relocation, but my dedication to the Warrensburg/Whiteman area attests to the value I place on this and the surrounding communities. My wife enjoys her work as a Professor of Literacy Education at the University of Central Missouri. I have two children and five grandchildren. My daughter is married to an American Airline Captain. She and her family live here in Warrensburg, MO. My son develops and implements planetarium shows for the Houston Museum of Natural History and lives with his family in Pearland, Texas. Life is good here in Warrensburg. Let me show you how good!
